A person stays in the loop
Anything that matters is reviewed before it is acted on. You set the threshold, and we tighten or loosen it as evidence builds.
IT-Labs has spent 25 years building software and online applications for many companies. Today AI-based automation leads our work: we find the work AI can take on in your business, build it, connect it to your systems and keep a person in control. We still build, host and look after the software, apps and servers around it.
For 25 years IT-Labs built online applications and business software, and supported them for many companies: portals, integrations, servers and automation scripts.
AI changes what is practical to automate. Software can now read documents, sort requests and draft replies. We are moving the whole company toward that work, and we build our own AI product, cMCP, on the same ground.
We did not start from scratch. The software foundation is what makes AI automation dependable: integration, security, testing and support.
One loop, repeated for each workflow. We prove it on your own examples before anything is widened.
We look at how the work is done today and where AI fits, and where it does not.
We rank the candidates by value, risk and effort and pick one to start with.
We build it and run it beside the manual process on your real examples.
We connect it to your email, documents and business systems.
We monitor, maintain and widen it as trust builds.
Anything that matters is reviewed before it is acted on. You set the threshold, and we tighten or loosen it as evidence builds.
Access control, an audit trail of what the AI saw and did, and your data staying yours, with the choice of where models run.
We choose on how a model performs on your examples, what it costs and where your data may go, and design so it can be swapped later.
The same loop applies in every sector. These are examples of what we can build for each, not a list of past clients.
Four areas of work, one developer accountable for all of them. Each service starts with a free consultation and a written estimate.
We find the work AI can take on, build it into your systems with human review, and keep it running. Any industry, any AI model.
Custom software, integrations, payments, messaging and upgrades of older code, built by the developer you talk to.
Web applications, mobile apps and mobile versions of the web apps you already have, on one shared back end.
Hosting for websites, applications, e-mail and private AI models, with care plans and support from the people who build the software.
IT-Labs is small by design. The person who scopes your project is the person who writes the code.
No hand-offs between sales and delivery. Your questions go straight to the person doing the work.
Long experience building software and providing online project support to many companies, and the judgement that comes with it.
Any language, any framework, and comfortable with old code. We adapt to what you run rather than the reverse.
An NDA on request. You own the code and the intellectual property once the work is paid for, and it lives in your repository.
Cognitive memory that stays with you, whichever AI you use.
cMCP is a governed shared-memory layer for company AI. Change AI vendor, or use several at once, and your organisation's memory stays yours and keeps working. It runs on our pilot deployment, and we are working with a small number of design partners.
Building cMCP means we work on AI memory, permissions and integration ourselves. The same practical experience goes into the AI features we build for you.
A practical checklist for deciding whether and how to automate a business process: map it, fix it, pick the right steps, plan for exceptions, and keep it running.
